TERMS & CONDITIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

These terms and conditions govern the Usha Mi Contest (the \u201cContest\u201d), run by Usha International Ltd (the \u201cUIL\u201d). The Contestant needs to register their name, phone number and\/or email to participate in the Contest. The Contest is open only on Mumbai Indian match days between 23 March 2019 and 12 May 2019. No entries for the Contest shall be accepted after 23:59 hour of 12 May 2019. To participate in the Contest, the Contestant needs to answer all Contest question(s) correctly. After each Mumbai Indian match day, one lucky winner will be selected by a draw among all entries received from Contestants who have answered all questions correctly. Winner shall be entitled to Usha Janome Sewing Machine Wonder Stitch plus (MRP Rs. 18000.00 incl. of all taxes).<\/p>\n

Winners shall be declared on the Usha Sew Facebook page. UIL will subsequently contact the Winners at the email address or phone number provided by the winner seeking personal information such as contact address and any identity proof issued by Government Authorities. The prize will be dispatched by UIL through courier at the address specified by the Winners whose address and identity proof is found to be valid. By participating in Contest, each Contestant agrees that Contestant\u2019s name, address, telephone numbers, e-mail address or any other information that is provided by the Contestant (\u201cPersonal Information\u201d) may be shared by UIL with others associated with and\/or assisting in organizing and administering Contest, and to send to the Contestants promotional information pertaining to UIL, in the future.<\/p>\n

UIL shall not be liable for any damage\/loss\/non-delivery of prize due to incorrect address or any other incorrect information provided by the Winner. Mere participation in the Contest does not entitle the Contestant to win a prize. UIL does not make any commitment, express or implied, to respond to any feedback, suggestion and, or, queries of the Contestants or furnish any reason or explanation for inclusion and, or, exclusion of any particular submission of the entry of a Contestants at any stage of the Contest.<\/p>\n

The prize cannot be combined together with any other Contest and shall be independent of each other and is not transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives shall be Contested. In the event of any violation to the aforementioned Contest or in case it comes to the knowledge of UIL that detail submitted by the Contestant are not correct, the Contestant shall immediately be disqualified from being considered for the Contest. It is the sole responsibility of the Contestants to provide the correct contact details \/ information. Images shown in various advertisements in relation to the products\/prizes are for illustration purpose only and actual prize may vary in colour, size and graphics. The decision of UIL shall be final and binding with regard to the Contest and prize. No further correspondences will be entertained by UIL in this regard. By participating in this Contest, Contestants agree to the terms and conditions mentioned herein. The Contest will run only in the selected cities in India and is valid in those regions of India where it is permitted by law and will not be applicable in the state of Tamil Nadu.  No cash substitution of prize will be allowed. In the event a winner chooses not to accept the prize, he\/she forfeits all claim to that prize. The Contest is only open to residents of India. Mere participation in the Contest does not entitle the Contestant to win the prize.<\/p>\n

All entries will be subject to such timing stipulations and requirements as may be determined by UIL. No entries for the Contest shall be accepted after 23:59 hrs. of 12 May 2019.  UIL shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, cost, expense or other consequences\/liability suffered by the Contestants and winners, whatsoever, in relation to or arising from or connected with Contest, prize or its quality. UIL employees \/ vendors \/ channel partners will not be eligible for this Contest.  UIL reserves all rights to modify the terms and conditions, terminate the Contest at any time and\/or change, modify, withdraw or extend the Contest without assigning any reason(s), prior notice, correspondence in this regard and without any penalty or claim whatsoever. Under no circumstance shall UIL and\/or its directors, employees, officers, affiliates or subsidiaries, be liable to the Contestant and\/or any third party for any loss of profits or loss of opportunity, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, whatsoever, arising out of and in connection with this  Contest. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the aggregate liability of UIL to a Contestant and winner for any reason whatsoever shall not exceed the value of one Usha Janome Sewing Machine Wonder Stitch plus (MRP Rs. 18000.00 incl. of all taxes). Neither Party shall be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, state governmental actions, policies and\/or its subsequent changes, restrictions imposed and other force majeure circumstances. In case of any dispute, the decision of UIL shall be final and binding on the Contestants. The Contest shall be governed by laws of India and courts at New Delhi shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any matter and dispute in relating to or arising under this Contest.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
